Acceptance

By accessing sysautomation.digital or requesting a consultation from SysAutomation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission a review.

Services

SysAutomation provides German-language application polishing and related employment consulting for non-native speakers. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in writing for each engagement. Informational rate pages do not constitute a binding offer until scope is accepted.

Client responsibilities

You confirm that documents and facts you supply are accurate. You remain responsible for final submission of applications, interview performance, and employment outcomes. We do not guarantee interviews or job offers.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and original guidance materials belong to SysAutomation. Annotated drafts we return for your personal job search may be used by you for applications. You may not resell our edits as a commercial template pack.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SysAutomation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on edited documents. Our aggregate liability for a paid consultation is limited to the fees paid for that consultation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Courts in the competent jurisdiction for Trunkelsberg, Freistaat Bayern, shall have venue for disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
