Refund and Cancellation Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid consultations with SysAutomation for German-language application polishing. Informational browsing of this website does not involve payment.

Full refund

If you cancel in writing more than five business days before a scheduled live Anschreiben session, or before we begin document review work on a package or edit, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that engagement.

Partial refund

If review work has started but annotated deliverables have not yet been sent, we may refund up to 50% after deducting time already spent, confirmed in writing. Once deliverables are sent, fees for completed work are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Completed language edits, delivered package reviews, and readiness check scorecards are non-refundable. Time spent on a completed live session is non-refundable.

Deposits

Package reviews may require a deposit to reserve capacity. Deposits become non-refundable once annotation work begins, unless we cancel the engagement.

Rescheduling and no-shows

Live sessions may be rescheduled once with at least two business days’ notice at no charge. Later changes or no-shows may forfeit the session fee or require a rebooking fee equal to 30% of the session rate.

Work already started and materials

We do not purchase physical materials for clients. Digital drafts you supply remain yours. If we cancel an engagement for capacity reasons before delivery, you receive a full refund.

Process and timing

Email hello@sysautomation.digital with your name, engagement date, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected. Visa, immigration, or hiring outcomes are outside refund scope because they are not services we sell.
